FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) — An associate of Aaron Hernandez will be arraigned in Massachusetts on an accessory to murder charge related to the case against the former New England Patriot. Carlos Ortiz (or-TEES') is being arraigned Friday in superior court following his indictment on a charge of accessory to murder after the fact in the killing of Odin Lloyd. Ortiz's attorney has said his client will plead not guilty. Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to murder in Lloyd's death.
